How To Make A Chicken Chow Mein Noodles
Chow Mein is a traditional Chinese dish of noodles, usually steamed, with shredded veggies, meat and seafood. This is popular in Chinese restaurants and although they are soooo yummy I don’t feel 100% great eating chow mein at a restaurant because a lot of these places put MSG on their dishes! If you order it out – make sure to ask without the msg unless you don’t mind it. I personally try to stay away from MSG as it gives me a headache when I consume too much of it.
Load it up with veggies if you’d like! Don’t be afraid of using other veggies like: snap peas, other types of cabbage, celery, etc. This is the beauty of cooking at home – you totally have the control of how much or how less you put into food.
Also use more oyster sauce if you want more flavor to it. Want to make into a soup? Just boil a pot of stock and add in this!
