Berry Basil ‘Soft Ice Cream’ Smoothie
This is seriously so easy to make and most importantly I feel great giving it to my toddler! She loves it and kind of think it’s ‘soft ice cream’…mama scores!
The key to achieving this thickness is to use frozen fruits and to add in a very small amount of milk. The best part of this is you can use pretty much whatever frozen fruit you have at home! Basil is optional but who doesn’t like basil?! I know my toddler doesn’t BUT when it’s added in a smoothie – she doesn’t object 🙂
