I start with my handy dandy small mason jars. I think they’re just so cute!
I add the honey first then the cottage cheese, followed by the chia seeds.
Mix all together. I like to sort of spread it around the jar rather than the cottage cheese just being at the bottom. Remember, cottage cheese is thick (almost like a paste consistency) so it’s easy to spread out. When it’s spread out, you can taste and have all the ingredients in every scoop if that makes sense.
Add the sliced honeydew. Make sure they are cut small enough so you can enjoy a teaspoonful of it when you dig in.
