Here’s a quick and easy video how to make soba noodles with Asian garlic and ginger sauce.

Soba noodles are made of buckwheat flour. Buckwheat has a ton of benefits. Below are just some of them:

High in Manganese
Lean Protein
Low in fat
High in Thiamin

Soba noodles were cooked for 5 minutes in boiling water. Remember when you drain it to run it under cold water to stop the cooking process.

Ingredients used in this video:

Soba noodles
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp coconut sugar
grated ginger 1 tbsp
1 clove of minced garlic
cilantro (optional)
sesame seeds
green onion
chili
