Here’s a super quick way to make peanut sauce. This is perfect with chicken, beef or shrimp skewers. And my favorite way to make this is with Vietnamese Salad Rolls.
Don’t be afraid to add in more peanut butter if you like, just neutralize the taste with lemon and soy sauce. You can also use Almond butter for this.
