Pasta Meat Sauce Made (Thick Version)
Do you love pasta with meat sauce like we do?! Do you like your meat sauce thick or runny? I don’t know about you but if I was to have a runny spaghetti sauce it would have to be from a legit restaurant with a legit chef! In short, I do not like my meat sauce runny or at least it’s not my preference.
Ok, I have to admit I used to make my spaghetti meat sauce just a tad bit runny and I had tried numerous times how to make it as thick as this one. I had to experiment and finally I got it! The reason why the sauce I was making turned out runny was that I was adding those canned meat sauce! I nailed the thickness I want when I only used tomato paste and a little bit of beef or chicken cube (beef cube is preferred). There are now beef and chicken cubes on the market that is NON-GMO…yesss! I used to avoid stock in cube form before because of the MSG in it so yes very grateful I found a non-gmo kind.
I hope you guys will try this at home and let me know how it turns out!
