How To Make Chicken Vermicelli Bowl
We love Vermicelli bowls in this house. I love how simple it is to make and especially love that I can incorporate fresh veggies into our meal. This is also great because this dish doesn’t call for a particular meat – you can choose your meat or skip on it:)
Skip the cilantro if you feel this taste is too strong for you.
How to cook the vermicelli:
Boil a pot of water
Turn off the stove once it starts boiling
Put in the noodles for 3-5 min
Drain and run through cold water
How I made the chicken:
Marinate for 1-3 hrs
Bake in the over at 400° for 30 min.
