Easy Garlic Cilantro Rice with Lime
Garlic Cilantro Rice with Lime

Not a lot of people like the pungent taste of cilantro but I do, I mean obviously:) If you want to learn how I make this super easy garlic cilantro – watch the video below. It’s super easy!

I used cooked long grain rice here. To cook the long grain rice, use 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water over medium heat. Make sure you have the right fitting lid for the pot you’re using to make the rice. Optional: you can add about 1/2 tsp of vinegar to keep the rice nice and separated. Don’t worry – no one will know there’s vinegar in it:)
