Soft And Gooey Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Here’s a quick, easy, soft and gooey oatmeal raisin cookies you can make using a waffle maker. I know right?! There are actually a lot you can make with your waffle maker other than just waffles – try grilled cheese or quesadilla…. YUMMM!

We all know the store-bought cookies are mostly filled with sugar and other ingredients we can’t even pronounce, and worse don’t exactly know how it’s made and what it’s made of.

Love making food videos with my toddler. It honestly helps when she makes food with me – because she enjoys making food with me somehow she enjoys eating them too! And it’s a plus because I use this time to navigate her away from watching too much tv:)

Here’s what I used in this video:

Don’t be afraid to experiment and use ingredients of your preference)

Ingredients

1-1/4 cups of oatmeal
2 tbsp coconut sugar
3 tbsp of melted butter
cinnamon (go crazy!)
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 ripe banana

I used a waffle maker to make these cookies – 2-3 minutes on medium heat.

And voila!
