Sriracha Shrimp Bacon Wrap | Sweet and Spicy Appetizer

Here’s one of my favorite appetizers of all time! This is great any night of the week. I especially like making this on occasions we are doing an ‘appetizer night’. No mains, all appys!

I didn’t go crazy on the Sriracha since my toddler isn’t crazy about hot food. Can’t blame you, kid!

Ingredients used in this video:

-Half-cooked bacon (10 minutes at 400 °)
-Cooked shrimp (make sure you pre-cook your shrimp before wrapping it w bacon)
-1/2 cup ketchup
-1 tblspn Sriracha
-2 tblspn coconut sugar (use whatever you have at home, honey is a great alternative)
-pepper
-toothpick to secure the bacon and shrimp

This is perfect as a side dish, appetizer, even a main and partner it with some nice soba noodles! Yummm!
