How To Cook Butternut Squash Noodles | With Black Oyster Mushrooms
This recipe is sooo delicious and best of all it’s a great alternative to a regular pasta. All the ingredients I used in this recipe makes the squash tastes like it’s not a vegetable (technically a fruit). This squash not only makes your plate bright and pretty, butternut squash is high in antioxidants and it’s a great immune booster.
Most grocery stores nowadays have butternut squash noodles. It’s so convenient to use, I love it! I can’t wait to try this with other sauce recipes I have in mind:)
Ingredients used in this video:
340g butternut squash noodles
1 cup black oyster mushrooms
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 lemon wedge
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp parmesan cheese
himalayan salt
pepper
EVOO
2 eggs (optional)
And voila!
